（1） (略) 置。 (略) 總工會安排， (略) 總工會參與10人及以上群體性勞資 (略) 置工作； （2）法援辦理。 (略) 總工會指令，辦理法律援助案件（法援 (略) 總標準另計）； （3）駐點服務(wù)。 (略) 總工會安排，安排至少1名律師擔任 (略) 勞動維權(quán)綜合受理點（ (略) 1619號）站點的咨詢接待等工作（工作日接待時間同勞動維權(quán)綜合受理窗口工作時間。國家法定假日正常休息,駐點時間2025年5、9，2026年1月）； （4）法律咨詢。*方至*方指定地點駐點期間，同步提供通過*熱線等線上在線提供法律咨詢服務(wù)； （5）普法宣傳。*方每年向*方提交不少于2篇典型案例； （6）名師帶教。通過庭審帶教等，為工會法律干部提供調(diào)解、仲裁、訴訟實踐培訓與庭審技能指導(dǎo)； （7）重大疑難案件研討。根據(jù)*方要求，隨時安排律師參加重大疑難案件研討。 （8）片區(qū)法律支持。以8家街鎮(zhèn)、 (略) 為一個 (略) ，定點服務(wù) (略) ， (略) 需求配合提供宣傳教育服務(wù)、援助案件辦理（法援辦案補貼另計）等。A區(qū)域：濰坊新村街道、塘橋街道、上鋼新村街道、 (略) 街道、周家渡街道、 (略) 街道、三林鎮(zhèn)、 (略) 。

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

（一）參與同一項目采購的不同中介服務(wù)機構(gòu)法定代表人或?qū)嶋H控制人為同一人的；

（二）中介服務(wù)機構(gòu)的法定代表人或?qū)嶋H控制人和委托人單位法定代表人或者項目負責人有配偶、直系血親（含擬制血親）、三代以內(nèi)旁系血親或者近姻親關(guān)系的；

（三）其他應(yīng)當回避的情形；

II. The legal representative or actual controller of the intermediary service agency has a marital, direct blood (including presumed blood), collateral blood within three generations, or close in-law relationship with the legal representative or project leader of the entrusting unit.
